With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Duckart (Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 11, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hanley and Irene Hanley (Mroz); her husband Richard H. Duckart; her son Michael; her granddaughter Nicole; and her brother Maurice Hanley.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Herling and James Duckart (Deborah) of Sun Prairie; her grandchildren, Eric Herling, Jeremy Duckart (Shyla), Trevor Duckart and Jadrian Hofeldt (Matt); and her friend June Flatt. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dane Co. Humane Society or Agrace HospiceCare.
