He is survived by: his children, Patrick Kubisiak (Jean), Paul Kubisiak (Pam), Tim Kubisiak (Karen), Susan Balke and Jane Zernhelt (Frank). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
