He was predeceased by: his parents, Stavros Ktistopoulos and Anastasia Ktistopoulos; his son Stevie; and his siblings, Panos and Pye.
He is survived by: his wife Milanka Sevic; and his children, Bill Stevens (Susie), Nick Stevens (Kim), Veronica Witter (Dan), Nicole Martis (John) and Andreas Stevens. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
