He was predeceased by: his father Michael J. Steinberg; his uncle Gary Holzem; and his aunt Kelly Holzem. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie J. Holzem Steinberg (Ted); his brother Michael Steinberg (Margaret Mills); his nephews, Alex and Ethan Steinberg; and his aunts and uncles, Georgia Wenzel, Mike Holzem (Lorraine), Larry Holzem (Amy), Joe Holzem (Julie), Kenny Holzem (Linda), Nancy Kerr (Ted) and Kevin Holzem (Jane). He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
