It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael John Addis (Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 17, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Addis and Marion Addis (Nelesen); his brothers, Timothy Addis and Patrick Addis; his father-in-law Ralph Levreau; and his brother-in-law Dennis Newby.
He is survived by: his spouse Debra Levreau; his children, Sherri Dittman (Steve), Kimberly McGrath (Neil), Raynelle Simonsen (Paul), Michael Addis (Amy), Jennifer Henke (Nick), Ryan Addis (Courtney), Kevin Johnson, Kurt Johnson (Roxanne) and Stephanie Koziol (Frank); his grandchildren, Anthony, Erica, Abigail, Makayla Addis, Sophia Dittman, Amelia Dittman, Nicholas McGrath, Tessa McGrath, Marcos Simonsen, Brett Simonsen, Gracelynn, Kasen, Hunter Henke, Gage, Savannah and Pressley Addis; his siblings, Marc Addis (Kathy), Daniel Addis (Keri), Marguerite Kaskavitch (Ronald), Mary Patzke (Joseph Schweitzer), Kristine Schweitzer (Greg) and Karen Matz (Kenneth); his mother-in-law Margaret Levreau; and his close friend Dan Horgan (Luann). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be considered to SCH Foundation-Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
