He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Walczak and Jeanette Walczak (Zukowski); his brother William Walczak; and his sister-in-law Brenda Walczak. He is survived by: his girlfriend June Hanneman; his children, Beth Hendrickson (Kurt) and Mike Walczak (Christina); his grandchildren, Marshall, Memphis, Lillian, Lauryn, Kayden and Layne; and his siblings, Marjory Prescher (Mike), Susan Kershasky (Jerry), Paul Walczak (Monica), Timothy Walczak, Daniel Walczak (Terri), Stephen Walczak (Jane), Jon Walczak (Barb) and Peter Walczak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
