He is survived by: his mother Becky Kempen (Steve Kleczka); his sister Selena Douglas; his grandparents, Richard and Bonnie Kempen; his nephew Mykul Reas; his pet Bailey; and his father Scott Douglas Jr. Michael. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
