He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jr and Leona McHugh Jr. (Kammineck); and his brother Keith McHugh. He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his children, Sherri Foth (Daniel) of Sun Prairie, WI, Michael McHugh (Julie) of DeForest, WI and Thomas McHugh (Kristin) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; his grandchildren, Shannon Clark (Dan), Patrick McHugh (Kyrsten Van Pay), Brianna Mathweg (Michael), Dylan McHugh (Emily Van Dyne) and Matthew McHugh; his stepgrandchildren, Christopher Larkin, Casey Larkin, Jennifer Konyn (Ray) and Samantha Chambers (Tyler); and his sister Carol Ann Wenzel of San Jose, CA..
