It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew E. Bretl of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 13, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Bretl (Schwanebeck) of Wisconsin Rapids; his son Isaac Bretl; his father Richard "Dick" Bretl; his brothers, Mark Bretl and Michael Bretl of Wisconsin Rapids; his nephew Connor Bretl (Emily Edwards); his aunts and uncles, Arnold Schwanebeck (Linda) of Pittsville, Colleen Schwanebeck of Pittsville, Lee Schwanebeck (Chairee) of Pittsville, Dennis Schwanebeck (Peggi) of Pittsville and Alfred Bretl (Florence) of Wisconsin Rapids; his close friend Amanda Webb (Lia); and also, Everrah of Wisconsin Rapids and Brooke Young of Wisconsin Rapids.
