He is survived by: his wife Cheryll Kargel; his children, Pete Grandstrand of McConnell, IL, Jon Grandstrand of Freeport, IL, Michelle Mollner of Sun Prairie, WI and Tony Mollner of Sun Prairie, WI; his grandson Drake Mollner; and his sister Lois Luedtke (Stuart) of Freeport, IL. He is also survived by nephew and nieces.
