She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Annette (Mark); her husband Martin Jackson; her daughter Kris Cichocki (Michael); her grandchildren, Kate Cichocki (Josh Gorst), Rachel Jepson (Clint) and Lauren Eberhardt (Scott); her stepgranddaughter Amy Preiser (Jim Grinwald); her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Ariel Kohlman, Cooper, Paisley, Carter Jepson, Owen Seifert and Molly Margaret Eberhardt; and her nephews, John Dernbach (Kathy Yorkievitz), Dr. Paul Dernbach (Mary Jo) and Robert Jr. Dernbach (Jeanne).
