She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Jacobs and Lydia Jacobs (Clarstrom); her husband Emil; her son Jim; her granddaughter Briana; and her siblings, Madelone, LaVonne, Marilyn, Grant and Donn.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Mansavage (Blair Semple) of Potomac Falls, Virginia, Jeff (Tatiana) of Wasilla, Alaska, Jere Mansavage (Judy) of Lanark and Jack Mansavage of Wisconsin Rapids; and her grandchildren, Mark, Paul, Herbie and Madeline.
