He is survived by: his wife Carleen; his daughter Annessa Probst of Cambridge, WI; his grandchildren, Hayley Martin, Caleb Martin and Casey Granger; his brothers, Larry Lassa (Jan) and Randy Lassa (Josie); and his nephews, Josh Lassa and Brad Lassa.
