He was predeceased by: his mother Carole; his grandparents, Palmer, Lucy Rustad, Maurice and Ruth Hassell; and his uncles, John Rustad and Chrys Hassell.
He is survived by: his adoptive father Darrell (Carole Rustad); his father Darrell; his wife Nina; his sister Nicole Trickle (Dan) of Wisconsin Rapids; his stepbrother Eugene (Dan Li) of Manhattan, Kansas; and his nieces and nephews, Zachariah, Nathaniel, Benjamin Trickle, Gabrielle and Abigail Trickle. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
