He is survived by: his wife Therese; his children, Rachel Miller (Brent Hamm) of Mequon and Daniel Miller (Erin) of Stevens Point, WI; his stepsons, Stephen West (Shelby) of Ft. Irwin, CA and Paul West of Minneapolis, MN; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Emma, Logan, Henry, Levi, Addison and Hadley. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
