He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Halbur and Geraldine Halbur (Davis); his wife Rosemary Braun; his brothers, Ronnie Halbur (Cathy) and Fritz Halbur (Beverly); his brothers-in-law, Link Haferman and Bob Schade; and his sister Donna Schudy.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Halbur, Tina Halbur-Lawson (Steven), Marisa Lund, Eric Halbur, Kate McAllister (Steven) and Emily Radtke (Josh); his grandchildren, Valerie, Craig, Kelly, Savannah, Stevie, Josh, Isabella, Owen, Nolan, Jace, Nora and Camilla; his great grandchild Emmet; his siblings, Bill Halbur (Dorothy), Pat Schade and Joan Valenti; and his brother-in-law Bob Schudy.
In lieu of flowers the family will be making a donation in Kens name.
