She is survived by: her children, Brian J. Koback (Chris), Dawn M. Golomski, Walter J. Jr. Golomski (Ellen), Tracy L. Golomski and Kevin P. Golomski (Jessica); and her uncle Steve Koback. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
