She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil W. Ehlert and Minnie M. Ehlert (Wendt); her husband Leonard R. Siekert; her siblings, Laird Ehlert, Ardelle Bloedel (Ehlert) and David Ehlert; and her son-in-law Roy Kinnunen.
She is survived by: her brother Emil Ehlert, Jr. (Betty) of Wisconsin Rapids; her children, Laurie Johnson (Cliff) of Spencer, Dan Siekert (Keri) of Wisconsin Rapids, John Siekert (Dorothy) of DePere, Paul Siekert of Wisconsin Rapids and Beth Kinnunen of Wisconsin Rapids; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Rachel, Christopher Johnson, Kaitlyn, Megan Siekert, Christian (Sarah), Michaella Siekert and Ty Siekert.
In lieu of flowers, the family will give memorials to Joy's favorite charities in her memory.
