He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mallek and Frances Mallek; and his siblings, Victor, Adam, Andrew, Edward, Allie, Ben, Celia Ciaglo and Martha Mancl.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Robert Mallek (Lisa), Brian Mallek (Sally) and Lori Deitz (Dan); his stepdaughter Michelle Hellmich (Scott); and his sisters, Josephine Martens and Rosemarie Kawlewski. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
