He is survived by : his parents, Michael Hein and Patricia Hein; his siblings, Casey Hein (Deanna Trickle) of Wis and Stacy (Josh) of Tomah, WI; his close friend Heather Flores of Nekoosa, WI; his sons, Preston and Quinton of Plains, KS; and the parent of his children Leslie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
