He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Koltz and Agnes Koltz (Lepinski); his wife Shirley Kubisiak; his grandmother Mary; his aunt Katie; his sons, Matthew Koltz and Christopher Koltz (Traci); his grandsons, Ethan and Noah; his son-in-law Mike Brooks; his brother Patrick San Francisco (Mary Webb); his sisters-in-law, Gloria Kubisiak and Margaret Kubisiak (Peggy); his daughter Lisa Brooks; his brother James; his sister-in-law Bonnie Koltz; his sister Betty; his brother-in-law Gregory Shippy; his sisters, Charlotte and Jeanette; his father-in-law Leo; and his brothers-in-law, Leo Jr. and James Kubisiak. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
