It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John A. Montag of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, born in Pittsville, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Montag and Elizabeth Montag (Heck); his brothers, William and George Montag; and his sister-in-law Joyce Montag.

He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Montag (Frances) of Wisconsin Rapids and Richard Montag of Wisconsin Rapids. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
