It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne C. Hewitt of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wirl and Charlotte Wirl (Nash); her grandson Ryan Hornby; her siblings, Charles Wirl and Susan Gigstead (Tom); and her mother-in-law Mary Louise Hewitt Koch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Ausili (Jim) of Wisconsin Rapids, Leanne Rzentkowski (Jeff) of Wisconsin Rapids, Marianne Korol (John) of Berlin and Julianne Hewitt (Lee Krapohl) of Columbus, WI; her brother Gerald Wirl (Julie) of Oshkosh; her grandchildren, Lindsae Fannin, Jaimee Kaetterhenry-Dallman (Kyle), Dexter Kaetterhenry (Sarah), Kassandra Swensen, Steven Swensen (Ashley) and Brianna Mootz; her great grandchildren, Bailey, Logan, Ashton, Honey, Maggie, Daniel, Greta, Waylon and Lena; her great great grandchild Porter; and her close friends, Dawn Schlimgen, Mary Millman, Bev Phillips and Renee Marzofka. She is also survived by many friends, former co-workers, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and her brothers and sisters-in law.
