She is survived by: her husband Michael Parker of Wisconsin Rapids; her son William Parker of Wisconsin Rapids; her siblings, William Voight (Kathy) of Milladore and Judy Peck of Wisconsin Rapids; and her pet Everest.
Joan lovingly crocheted countless teddy bears, donating them to the Shriners and other charities.
