He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Golke and Regina Golke (Adams); his siblings, Orville, Bernard Golke and Dorothy Koshnick; and his son-in-law Larry Reich.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Garski; his children, Jodi Miner (Jason), Kathy Reich (Mark) and Jim Golke; his grandchildren, Erin Howard (Chris), Kyle Schwanz (Audrey), Zachary Miner, Kalie Abel (William), Katelyn Depies (Alex), Skyler Golke, Jake Reich (Briquelle) and Cassie Golke; and his sister Romaine Doyle.
