He is survived by: his mother Elaine Getzloff (Lepinski); his grandchildren, Checkers, Uno and Dinosaur Uno; his wife Pam; his children, Jami Kubisiak (Paul Carlson) and Jodi Kuhlka (Adrian); his grandchildren, Lauren and Sarah; his siblings, Bill Getzloff (Marlene), Teresa Lucas, Wayne Getzloff (Sandy), Margie Matthews (Leonard), Cathy Hanneman (Glenn) and Randy Getzloff; his sister-in-law Jan Getzloff; and his close friend Dan Urban.
