He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lindsay and Leona Lindsay (Donmeyer); his wife Judy; and his sister Jeniece Wells. He is survived by: his former wife Judith Ann Lenth; his daughters, Donna Briggs (Bruce), Sara Brosam (Tim) and Denyse Madsen (Nate); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Weston Brosam and Ruth Fox; and his brother-in-law Bob Wells.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Jerry's name at a later date.
