She was predeceased by: her parents, Rueben H. Gabel and Leona H. Gabel (Bishop); her husband Roger L. Covey; and her grandson Abraham Barnes. She is survived by: her children, Linda Covey, Cynthia Anderson (Steve Daugherty), Robin Ramos, Terry Barnes (Mike) and Allen Covey (Lynn); her grandchildren, Matthew Barnes (Renee), Rachel Ramos, Zachary Covey and Jacob Covey; her great grandchildren, Chloe Barnes, Aloryn Barnes (Cameron) and Lxchel Levayen; and her sister Aloha Eckes.
Memorial donations may be made in Jean's name to the Salvation Army or St. Lukes Evangelical Lutheran Church.
