She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gumz and Olga Gumz (Stauffer); her husband Bud O'Shasky; her children, Joan Elliott and Larry O'Shasky; her siblings, Vilas, Lyle Gumz and Eleanor Sazama; her brothers-in-law, Tony Sazama and Gene Bier; and her great grandchild Chloe Barlow.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Tauschek (Jack), Kevin O'Shasky (Lynn), Mark O'Shasky (Lisa) and Jill Piatt (Robert); her daughter-in-law Roberta O'Shasky; her grandchildren, Carey Skerven (Butch), Lynn Malloy (Chris), Terri Normington (Chad), Amy Yach (Sean), Jackie Barlow (Kenny), Zachary O'Shasky (Alexis), Katie Krueger, Abby Bowe (Isaac), Ben O'Shasky, Sam O'Shasky and Michelle O'Shasky; and her siblings, Norman Gumz (Kathy), Delores Bier, Lloyd Gumz, Alvin Gumz (Mary Lou), Evelyn Gumz and Ellen Bates (Matthew). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
