He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Johnson and Irene Johnson (Streblow); his granddaughter Geraldine Johnson; and his siblings, Roger Johnson, Becky Johnson and Madeline MacDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Inge Seitz; his children, Sam Johnson (Kathy), Robert Johnson (Franki), Linda Rusk (Rick), John Johnson, Kim Simonis (Tony) and Jimmy Johnson (Kim); and his brother Jack Johnson (Dorothy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
