It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene F. Pavelec of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Sipla and Anna Sipla (Jandik); her husband Otto Pavelec; her son John Pavelec; her brothers, George Sipla (Ann), Ervin Sipla (Edith), Frank Sipla, Edward Sipla (Emma), John Sipla (Frances) and Albert Sipla; her sisters-in-law, Marlene Pavelec and Betty Pavelec; and also, Charlie, Frank Pavelec, John Breene and Eugene Prine.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Lauren; her children, Carol Metcalf (Bill) of Wisconsin Rapids, Michael Pavelec (Gina) of Johns Creek, GA and Amy Pavelec of Wisconsin Rapids; and her siblings-in-law, Adolf Pavelec of Friendship, John Pavelec (Joyce) of Friendship, Joe Pavelec (Nyla) of McFarland, Milada Prine of Madison, Sylvia Breene of Adams, Kathy Weber (Ralph) and Goldie Pavelec of Waunakee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be designated to Sacred Heart Church, St. Jude's Childrens Hospital or Aspirus Riverview Foundation.
