He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Blanchard and Caroline Blanchard (Curtis); and his siblings, John Blanchard and Margaret Kobishop. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Schoff; his children, Deborah Fencil (Butch) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Dale Blanchard of Fort Myers, FL; his grandchildren, Alyssa Fencil and Darci Laudenbach (Nick); his great grandchildren, Aiden, Annika Krombholz, Cyrus and Ceci Laudenbach; and his siblings, Jerry Blanchard of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Barb Quinnell of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Agnes Schroeder of Tombstone, AZ and Esther Hicks of Grand Marsh, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be designated to the Lewy Body Dementia Foundation or to the Wood County Humane Society.
