She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Jepson and Ellen Jepson (King). She is survived by: her husband David Alan Livernash; her daughters, Erica Linzmeier (Andrew) and Alicia Livernash (Kyle Holdcraft); her grandchildren, Morgan Livernash, Jameson Regalia, Henry and Ezra Linzmeier; and her siblings, Rhonda Jackan (Richard), Steve and Terry Jepson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Holly requested donations be made to South Wood County Humane Society.
