He was predeceased by: his father Harold Nettesheim; his brother Pat; his nephew Mark Goetz; his brother-in-law Jim Goetz; and his parents-in-law, Carl and Flora Fischer.
He is survived by: his friends, Wefel and Kryshak; his wife Pamela Fischer; his children, Ann Zubella (Rod), Kay Grundhoffer (Greg), Sarah Arendt (Brody), Laura Cutler (Sylvester) and Mathew Nettesheim; his stepson Todd Kinn; his grandchildren, Hallie Dybevik (Jon), Kylie Zubella (Derek Anderst), Sam Zubella, Gena Grundhoffer, Joe Grundhoffer, Jessie Grundhoffer, Beckett Arendt, Finley Arendt, Dalton Cutler, Ada Cutler, Clayton Kinn (Jenna) and Sydney Pekarek (Bo); his great grandchildren, Addison, Brooklyn Dybevik, William Kinn, Ella, Cyril and Elyse Pekarek; and his sisters, Lynn Goetz and Rita Fedel (Rodger). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Greg enjoyed serving his community in a variety of ways and was a member of the Up River Gun Club, Noon Rotary, Marshfield Foundation Board, Riverview Hospital Board, Legacy Foundation and hosted Matt's Farm Day for over 30 years.
