He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Swetz and Agnes Swetz (Linzmaier); his stepdaughter Jean Baltus; and his sister Virgeline Lobner. He is survived by: his wife Alvina Baltus; his stepchildren, Jerome Baltus (Betsy) and Janet Baltus (Dave); his grandchildren, Jason Johnson (Jade), Trudy Cohn (Joshua) and Daniel Baltus (Sara); his great grandchildren, Jazmyn, Jemini Johnson, Benjamin, Aidan, Tamera Cohn, Jaren, Cavin and Brinley Baltus; his brother Kenneth Swetz; and his foster son Victor Olson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
