He was predeceased by: his daughter Jean Johnson; his brothers, Andy Fish and Clinton Fish; and his half-brother Raymond Wenkman. He is survived by: his parents, Warren Fish and Leona Fish (Foss); his wife Thea Jane; his daughter Carol Flick; his stepson Don Kahoun (Juli); and his brother Carl Fish (Bonnie). He is also survived by three granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren.
