He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray McAllister and Juanita "Fay" McAllister (Holmes); his sisters, Marla Sojka and LeeAnne Ashenberg (Gary); his son-in-law Nick Micco; and his brother-in-law Donald Slauson.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Mark McAllister (Elaine), Scott McAllister (Doris), Gail McAllister, Craig McAllister and Beth McAllister; his grandchildren, Genevieve Kosmotka (Eric), Steve McAllister (Kate), Jaeden and Lilianna Micco; his great grandchildren, Kyle, Kaleb Kosmotka, Nolan and Jace McAllister; and his siblings, Julie Slauson, Linda Kramer (Conrad) and Gene McAllister (Joey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
