He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jacoby and Johanna Jacoby (Bushmaker); his wife Virginia R. Brown; his grandchildren, Shane Jacoby and Lacey Laskowski; and his siblings, Sylvester, Alvin, Virgil Jacoby, Gertrude Cumberland, Mabel Westover, Kathryn Kiefer and Margaret "Mugs" Novack.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Ceshker (Allen) of Slinger, WI, David Jacoby (Peggy) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Dennis Jacoby (Becky) of Nekoosa, WI, Dawn Hahn of Phillips, WI, Deanna Fidler (Joe), Doris Laskowski (Michael) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Daniel Jacoby of Hatfield, WI.; and his grandchildren, Jodi Marvin (Matt) of Iron Ridge, WI, Scott Ceshker (Amy) of Lake Geneva, WI, Brandon Jacoby (Sharon) of Nekoosa, WI, Brian Jacoby of Hatfield, WI, Jennifer Shipley (Tom) of Franklin, WI, Travis Hahn (Michelle) of Menomonie, WI, Christian Hahn (Vanessa) of Boulder Junction, WI, Amie O'Connor (Rob) of Port Edwards, WI, Bobbi Jo Lundberg (Cody) of Hudson, WI, Clinton Fidler (Ruby) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Eleasha Dhein (Matt) of Klamath Falls, OR, Katie O'Shasky (Jordan) of Rudolph, WI and Jacob Laskowski (Theresa) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. He is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Hope in Community - A Smile from Lacey (a charity named after Hunce's granddaughter, Lacey Laskowski) to financially assist South Wood County families in their time of need during their child's fight against cancer or long-term illness.
