She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kohnen and Francis Kohnen (Schmick); her husband Leland; and her brothers, Lawrence Kohnen and John Kohnen.
She is survived by: her son John Gibbs (Marilyn); her grandchildren, Robert Gibbs (Shannon) and Debra Thies (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Robert Thies and Amy Thies.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Alzheimer's Association.
