He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hellner and Mary Hellner (Buttyan); his siblings, John Hellner, William Hellner, Andrew Hellner, Viola Potoma, Evelyn McClesky and Betty Griffin; and his sister-in-law Kathy Knoll.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Hellner; his children, Charles (Althea), Tim, Peter (Carolyn), Greg, Maria Siegler, Michael and Steven (Christine); his grandchildren, Jackie Dye (Steve), Jill Thomas (Lars), Patrick Hellner, Clinton Hellner (Felicia), David Siegler (Ashley), Paul Siegler and Matthew Siegler; his great grandchildren, Curtis, Haley, Bethany, Abby and Max; his great great grandchild Aspen; and his siblings, Margaret Lee, Robert Hellner, Marge Sorenson, Elaine Skibba (Jack) and Lynda Zager (Bob Knoll). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (831 12th St S, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Edward's name to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church or Assumption High School Athletics.
