He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Marie Hoffman; his children, Kyle Mudrak and Kristine Mudrak; his siblings, Stuart Mudrak, Shirley LeGault and Dean Mudrak; his granddaughter Hope Fekete; his niece Noelle Mudrak; and his nephews, Edward J. Mudrak and Greg LeGault.
