He was predeceased by: his parents, William Windsor and Elizabeth Windsor (Warner); his brother-in-law Gary Dove; his sister Sharon; his brother-in-law Allen Sikora; his daughter Holly Hurtado; and his siblings, Linda Windsor and William Windsor.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Clark (Curt) and Samuel Windsor (Judy); and his grandchildren, Bryanna, Nathan, Michael, Elizabeth and Ivan. He is also survived by two brothers, two sisters, nieces and nephews.
