He is survived by: his parents, Traci O'Shasky (Smith) and Jade O'Shasky (Mary); his siblings, Alycia O'Shasky (Andrew Johnson), Cassidy O'Shasky (Danny Spaulding), Steven Eberhardt (Kayla) and Nathan Monville (Mikayla Meddaugh); his nieces and nephews, Nora, Penny Eberhardt and Nash Kester-Monville; his grandparents, Jon Cook (Sandy), Donald O'Shasky, Marlene Smith, Diane Meils, Ted Suskey (Judi) and Tom Eberhardt (Kathleen); his aunts and uncles, Cary Smith (Brandy Sears), Rhonda McGough (Tristen), Donna Onochie (Anaya), Danielle Pugh (Chuck), Josh O'Shasky (Sarah), Justin O'Shasky (Melissa), Jordan O'Shasky (Katie), Jameson O'Shasky, Jacob O'Shasky and Joe O'Shasky (Aaron Zimmerman); and his cousins, Jamee, Jenna and Tanner O'Shasky.
