He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Steinke and Irene Steinke (Knipple); and his siblings, Ruth Neinfeldt, Raymond Steinke, Fred Steinke, Myron Steinke, Leon Steinke and Melvin Steinke.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jean Elmer of Wisconsin Rapids, Vernon Steinke of Wisconsin Rapids, Kathy Jackson of Wisconsin Rapids and Marge Gellerman (Jeff) of Wisconsin Rapids. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
