He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Polivka and Frieda Polivka (Weber); his sons, Danny and Mike; and his brother-in-law Frank Pfeiffer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Cathy (Mike) and Debbie; his siblings, Robert (Nancy) and Darlene Pfeiffer; and his stepchildren, Steve Krekowski (Gene Marty) and Julie Marks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Adams-Friendship VFW, Gundersen Memorial Hospital, or a charitable organization of your choice.
