Donald Schoenick Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2025, at the age of 91, Donald Schoenick of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Schoenick and Gertrude Schoenick (Martin); his wife Ardell Popp; his son Donald Jr.; and his siblings, William Schoenick (Helen), Carol O'Neill and Marie Schoenick.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Schoenick (Bonnie Hansen), Dean Schoenick (Deb), Dennis Schoenick and Jackie Schoenick (Rob Joosten); his grandchildren, Stephanie Roe (Rusty), Jason Schoenick, Josh Schoenick (Debbie) and Sara Petta (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Amber, Brooklyn, Callie, Dominic, Evan, Francis, Ally, Hayden, Izzy and Lexi; his brother Walter Jr. Schoenick (Sandra); and his brother-in-law Gerald O'Neill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St John Lutheran Church (8020 S Park Rd, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wood County Humane Society.
