He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Kincaid and Dorothy Kincaid (Moore); his wife Jean; his daughter Lynn; and his siblings, Richard, Doug, Vernon and Kay Plummer.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Kincaid (Rebecca), Sharon Holy (Jan) and Donna Kincaid (Kerry Ames); his grandsons, Ian Kincaid (Alicia), Elliot Kincaid, Ben Holy (Christin) and Christopher Holy; his great grandchildren, Adeline Kincaid, Joanna Holy and Leila; his sister Gail Greene; and his former wife Cheryl Reith. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
