He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy Hansen and Amanda Bonow; his sister Brayleigh Lay; his stepfather Derick Lay; his aunts, Steph Kuhn and Renee Bonow; his uncle Richard Bonow; his grandparents, Richard Bonow, Joy Henke and Allen Henke; his uncle Joe Dampier; and his godmother Faith Walker.
