He is survived by: his children, Devon James Parkinson Jr. (Sarah Popp), Dana Parkinson (Derick Goltry) and Ashley Parkinson; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Colin, Brendyn, Alexia, Gabriel, Ayden, Elizabeth, Blake and Amari; his siblings, Darrell Parkinson (Barbie), Bob Parkinson (Joan), Wendy Williams Smith (Troy) and Penny Williams; his nieces and nephews, Darrell Jr. (Marissa), Amy, Jessica, Nick, Mitch and Heather; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Estella, Kaden, Brody and Gavin.
Devon was born November 13, 1963 in Wisconsin Rapids to Marvin and Estella (Rivers) Parkinson.
