He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Monk (Jeffrey) and Dennis Pliska (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Justin, John, Morgan, Macie, Zoeey and Jaxon; his pet Jax; his sister Sheila Schultz (Richard); his stepmother Patricia Pliska; and his close friend Gloria Eckhart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
